our partner program is flexible and defined by simple rules of engagement
that maximize the value of the partnership to the customer, you the
reseller and Beyond-IP. Any partnership agreement includes the following
contractual provisions:

- We engage as early as possible in the sales cycle:
- we target accounts to pursue jointly
- we have open & honest communication
- we cooperate and commit early
- We offer preferred partners in the selected accounts and market
segments, meaning:
- we commit to win together or lose together
- We have a partnering agreement & process in place and execute
accordingly
- There is an executive sponsorship and an escalation process
- We invest in each other's organization in line with our ambition
level
